Ongoing transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliation, financial report preparation, and bookkeeping maintenance for the accounts included in your approved scope.
Historical bookkeeping work for businesses whose books have fallen behind or need corrections and organization before ongoing bookkeeping can begin.
OPTIONAL BOOKKEEPING & BACK-OFFICE ADDITIONS
Maintain A/R records, match recorded payments, and prepare aging or status information. You retain responsibility for customer communication and collections.
Organize bills, track due dates, and report outstanding or coming-due items. You retain responsibility for approving and making payments.
Prepare invoice drafts for your review and approval. Pine Hollow does not send invoices or communicate with customers on your behalf.
Organize agreed receipts, invoices, statements, and other supporting records used in your bookkeeping process.
Organize contractor records and supporting information. Tax-form preparation, tax treatment decisions, and filing are not included.
Assist with agreed bank-feed setup and bookkeeping maintenance for accounts included in your scope.
